ICE Law and Contracts Management Course 2024-2025

We are again running our prestigious ICE Law and Contracts Management Course.  The course is a must for anyone involved in the legal or construction industry working with the NEC forms of construction contract.

The course is suitable for any construction or legal professionals who work with, or are interested in contract management, and is particularly orientated to NEC Contract Management, while covering all aspects of contract and related law.

Course Dates and Details

• Delivered in Two Modules:
  • Module 1 (commences 25 September 2024)– Contract and Tort Law (10 lectures);
  • Module 2 (commences 05 February 2024)– NEC 4 Contract Management (9 Lectures).
• Revision seminars for each module held in April/May, focusing on exam preparation and practice including past paper analysis;
• Accredited by the Instruction of Civil Engineers and successful candidates can join the ICE register of Accredited Contract Managers;
• Candidates who pass both modules awarded post nominals “CLCM”;
• Interactive live lectures with opportunities for Q&A delivered by Zoom;
• Wednesday evening’s, starting at 18:00(GMT/BST) and finishing at 20:00;
• Lectures are recorded and made available on our viewing platform for revision.

For either module 1 or 2: £400 (plus VAT)

• Both modules, or module 1 only closing dates for applications: 24 September 2024
• Module 2 closing date for applications: 04 February 2025
• Payment preferred before start of course/module
• Payment terms 14 days
• Please note possible disconnection from recordings if invoice becomes overdue more than 30 days from due date.
