The Technology and construction court has recently shown once again that it is leading the way in keeping legal costs down.
The recent case of GSK Project Management Limited (in Liquidation) v QPR Holdings Limited, which was decided by Mr Justice Stuart-Smith, has demonstrated the extent to which the courts are now willing to manage the costs of litigation so that they are proportionate.
