Emma first joined Quigg Golden in a part-time support capacity following a period of work experience whilst undertaking her law studies at Queen’s University Belfast.  Upon successful graduation, Emma joined the Quigg Golden construction law team full-time as a Junior Associate, acting on behalf of both private and public sector clients in both construction and procurement law matters.

Emma has experience working on both contentious and non-contentious matters across the various jurisdictions in which Quigg Golden operates (Northern Ireland, Ireland, and England & Wales). In her time with the firm, Emma has developed an impressive working knowledge across the various common-place standard forms of contract, including the JCT, NEC, FIDIC and PWC forms. Emma has a particular passion for helping clients achieve successful project delivery, focusing on practical and commercially sensible outcomes.

Emma is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, demonstrating her interest in and commitment to excelling in the alternative dispute resolution arena both within and outside her role as a Junior Associate.
