Diana previously worked as a trainee in-house lawyer for an international firm, representing clients in a broad range of commercial cases. After completing a master’s degree with Distinction in Business Law, she joined our construction law team, acting on behalf of owners, developers, contractors, and commercial end users.
Diana has extensive experience advising on a variety of construction issues, from due diligence investigations to post-closing matters. Her expertise includes drafting and reviewing bespoke construction contracts for employers, main contractors, and subcontractors across various jurisdictions. She is particularly well-versed in standard forms of contract such as NEC, JCT, FIDIC, and PWC, and she regularly provides training on these forms.
In addition to her advisory work, Diana has a proven track record of successfully representing clients in litigation, adjudication, mediation, and arbitration, covering a wide range of engineering and construction issues.
