Edward Quigg

Edward is a Director and joint owner of Quigg Golden. He is a Solicitor*, a Chartered Procurement and Supply Professional, an ICC Arbitrator and Civil Engineer.

Edward gained his initial experience working for a civil and structural engineering consultancy and a major contractor. His extensive knowledge of both the design and construction processes is added to by his legal knowledge and wide experience in all methods of construction dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.

Edward has become known as a leading expert on the legal obligations of procuring work, including the EU requirements.

*Edward is a Solicitor in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, he also holds the degree of barrister but does not hold a practising certificate from, and is not fully regulated by, the Bar Standards Board.
