This course is designed for those who are working in and for the public sector and who are new to procurement or those looking to refresh their knowledge. The course aims to teach delegates their legal obligations under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 and how the procurement process works from start to finish.
This course will be include work-shop style exercises, where candidates will put their new found knowledge into practice.

Claire Graydon LLB, MSc
Claire is a law graduate with a masters in International Law and Business. Claire is regularly involved in contentious and non-contentious procurement issues and works on behalf of contracting authorities to draft, implement and manage entire procurement processes using bespoke documents and standard CWMF documents.
Claire advises on contract management and disputes under various forms of construction contracts including the NEC, FIDIC and PWC.
Claire develops and delivers training programmes on a wide range of topics and lectures on Quigg Golden’s in-house Law and Contract Management course. Claire also speaks at external events, most recently delivering a talk at the National Construction Summit on debriefing tenderers
