JCT contracts are some of the most recognisable standard form contracts used within the building and construction industry. This unique 8-week course is designed to give attendees the vital knowledge they need to administer and deliver projects effectively using the JCT suite of contracts.
The course will provide practical knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts and relevant law to enable attendees to ensure that their JCT contracts are successful.
It is designed for parties to a construction contract and consultants including employers, architects, contract administrators, contractors and sub-contractors. Any one who is involved in the procurement, administration and/or delivery of projects under JCT contracts, and wishes to develop their understanding and key commercial skills necessary for management would benefit from attending.

This is an eight week online course, held weekly, each Thursday evening, commencing 11 April 2024 and ending 30 May 2024.

Each webinar starts at 6pm and finishes at 8:00pm.

This course will be conducted online via Zoom. All lectures will be recorded and uploaded to our online viewing platform following the conclusion of each lecture. This means delegates are able to catch-up if they are unable to attend any of the sessions,.
