JCT contracts are some of the most recognisable standard form contracts used within the building and construction industry. This unique 6-week course is designed to give attendees the vital knowledge they need to effectively administer and deliver projects using the JCT suite of contracts.
The course will provide practical knowledge of the JCT Suite of Contracts and relevant law with an ultimate aim of enabling attendees to make their JCT contracts more successful.
It is designed for construction or legal professionals (employers, architects, contract administrators, contractors and subcontractors) that are in any way involved in the procurement, administration and/or delivery of projects under JCT contracts, and wish to develop their understanding and key commercial skills necessary for management.
A handbook and syllabus will be sent to all delegates, including timetables, recommended reading, as well as case law to review before the first seminar. Pre-reading and homework assignments will be given each week to further consolidate the content delivered by our experienced lecturers.
This is a six week course, held weekly, each Thursday evening, commencing 15 April 2021 and ending 20 May 2021.
