When you have been delayed, when you have incurred additional cost, when you want paid or do not want to pay a subcontractor, when you want to suspend or terminate. These are some of the situations in which notifying promptly and properly places you in a stronger position. The aim of this talk will be to raise awareness of when you should notify, how you go about it and how to avoid common mistakes.
