PWC Amendments July 2023 – Ireland

In July 2023, the Irish Government introduced a number of amendments to the Public Works Forms of Contract aimed at the simplifying tender submissions and the Price Variation procedures during a contract’s term. Some options for limiting the Contractor’s liability have also been introduced.
