A central pillar of the procurement process is transparency.
In order to ensure the process is fair to all interested parties, from tendering companies, stakeholders and the general public, the process must be open and transparent, and decisions must be communicated with sufficient reasons to support the decision.
This afternoon seminar will look at the obligations on contracting authorities, what they must record and what information they must provide in a tender process. We will investigate the potential pitfalls and suggest tactics to avoid challenges.
