This lunchtime webinar is designed to provide an overview of how the coronavirus outbreak should be dealt with under the Public Works Contracts.  Time will be taken during the webinar to explain:

  • The legal concepts of ‘force majeure’ and ‘frustration’;
  • The notification requirements of the Public Works Contracts;
  • The importance of record keeping in the coming months; and
  • The contractual mechanisms under the Public Works Contracts for assessing Contractor claims.
