Speaker: Edward Quigg

Edward is a Director and joint owner of Quigg Golden. He is a Solicitor in England and Wales, a Chartered Procurement and Supply Professional, an ICC Arbitrator and a Civil Engineer. Edward is also a non-practising barrister. Edward gained his initial experience working for a civil and structural engineering consultancy and a major contractor. His extensive knowledge of both the design and construction processes is added to by his legal knowledge and wide experience in all methods of construction dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. Edward is an active member of the Procurement Lawyers Association and regularly speaks at training events and seminars. He has become known as a leading expert on the legal obligations of procuring work, including the EU requirements.
