The influence of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and mediation in particular, as the number one tool for dealing with business conflict and disputes is growing all the time and is expected to take on even more prominence over the coming years.
This intense 40-hour executive skills programme provides delegates with the opportunity to learn and develop the skills used by a mediator in order to understand how to avoid or resolve conflict within their organisation and within their wider commercial business activities. Successful completion of the programme leads to certification as an Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator in accordance with the requirements of the UK Civil Mediation Council (CMC).

Those delegates who do not wish to become an accredited mediator may attend days 1, 2 and 3 only and receive the Certificate in ADR.
