Recent projects include £100m river crossing project in Norfolk, 3-year outsourced Design-Build-Operate-Maintenance master service agreement for a global pharmaceutical company and a self-bag drop equipment supply and maintenance framework for a major airport group. She has vast experience in developing innovative commercial incentivisation mechanisms and strategy for large scale and complex infrastructure projects to achieve their intended objectives.
Chrystele has over 10 years’ experience in advising on public procurement issues and developing compliant procurement documents for public sector clients in the UK.
