With the recent publication of the RIAI Construction Contract 2025, developed by the RIAI in agreement with the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), this online CPD session will provide an overview of the key changes and updates to the new RIAI Contracts.
Delivered by Dermot Durack, Director at Quigg Golden, who was part of the consultation team contributing to the development of the contract, the session will also take a detailed look at the revised payment provisions and their practical implications.
