Quigg Golden has established a training arm, Constructive Training, which uses Quigg Golden's experience to provide training packages to private and public sector organisations to help improve staff understanding and performance.

Training is provided by seminars open to the public. However, in house training coupled with a review of a business' particular ethos and market position is often far more cost effective.
