Since the Construction Contracts (Northern Ireland)
Order 1997, adjudication has revolutionised dispute resolution
within the Northern Irish construction industry. If used correctly
Adjudication can dramatically reduce the length and cost of
disputes.
Quigg Golden have been involved in many hundreds of adjudications
and have the facilities to provide a full and comprehensive
service to clients. Experience allows us to indentify when adjudication
is appropriate and achieve the best results for our clients.
Adjudication is not a widely adopted processs for construction
dispute resolution in the Republic of Ireland. However, some
bespoke contracts incorporate this alternative dispute resolution
method. Our experience in Northern Ireland adjudications will
assist in the understanding of this relatively new dispute resolution
