Jarlath Kearney

Jarlath has extensive experience in the management and settlement of major construction arbitrations, adjudications and mediations/conciliations having acted for a number of large building and civil engineering companies, employers, public bodies and sub-contractors both in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Jarlath's background is in Quantity Surveying and gained much practical experience serving time with private Quantity Surveying practices, main contractors and a large public body before specialising in construction dispute resolution.

Jarlath is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has acted as Arbitrator.
